"I am very disappointed with staff and their policies. It feels like their sole intention is just to make money. NO ACCESS TO MANAGEMENT just deal with front desk staff who is literally NOT interested in helping people. We purchased a 12-class plan on October 1st, meant to be completed within 30 days. However, the centre was closed for 5 days due to a championship, followed by Diwali holidays. Despite these closures, the centre offers no consideration or extensions. You cannot pause your plan, even when the centre itself is closed. When we asked for a fair solution to complete our remaining classes, we were told we must purchase their Quarterly plan only. We even requested to buy a smaller plan, but they refused to listen or offer any reasonable option. Experience from Demo Classes to Real Classes are very different. For Toddlers, parents have to manage almost everything and manage all the activities by themselves."

The coaching staff is top-notch – highly trained, genuinely friendly, and incredibly supportive. "Do not register here. Not a good place. We are very disappointed with their service. They are expensive and charge more than others but provide very poor services.Your genuine concern will not be addressed. If you complain about any service related issue, they will not give you the solution. They behave like 100 year old company that runs by rules and regulations only. No network works in their premises and sometimes it’s very difficult without your phone working. But they deny the wi-fi password. Sometimes you have important call but you have to come out of their premises. Your serious concern will not be addressed. Staff is rude. Plz do not waste your time,money and energy here. You can find better classes."

"Nice for kids But please get those Air conditioners to work in parents waiting area. It will be really helpful. Also, you have space, please start some classes like Zumba or dance for parents.. so we can utilise our one our doing something …"
